Glencoe Youth Hostel
About About this youth hostel
Drive through the Pass of Glencoe, one of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes, and we’re sure your heart will be racing at the prospect of exploring this amazing natural playground.
With scenery made famous from Hollywood blockbusters like Harry Potter and Skyfall, it's a great destination for film enthusiasts.
Glencoe Youth Hostel offers a range of shared accommodation and private family friendly rooms. The hostel has a large open plan kitchen/dining room with ample cooking facilities and dining tables. According to one of our guests, the youth hostel also has one of the best drying rooms in the Scottish Highlands!
The hostel has everything you could wish for: great showers, comfy beds, a stunning location and, most important of all, dedicated staff for whom guests come as strangers but leave as friends.
With dog friendly accommodation available at Glencoe Youth Hostel, your four-legged friend will be able to join in all the fun! A small fee of £5 per dog per night will be charged and must be booked in advance to ensure that a dog friendly room is allocated. For further information please refer to our Dog Guidelines.

Re-living our youth in this 'first time visit' to Glencoe Youth Hostel exceeded our expectations and was made all the nicer by Thomas's warm and cordial welcome. It is fabulously located in a beautiful area. Danke Thomas ...
Quiet location and very handy for shops, pubs and great mountains.
An amazing stay at an awesome hostel. Staff were great, lots of advice on where to go, where to eat. Definitely one to return to as there are so many mountains to climb.
Pleased to find that this year we got a really good pint at the Clachaig Inn. Hasn't been the case in recent years.
