Our stay was part of the West Highland Way and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were able to stay with our dog for an extra fee. The location is superb, the food is tasty in generous portions and the beds are comfy - what more could you want after a long day on the trail?Andy, Mel and Lucca (the dog)

Rowerdennan Youth Hostel is in the most breathtaking spot—right on the edge of Loch Lomond, with Ben Lomond rising behind. It's peaceful, with stunning views, and the meals served at the hostel were absolutely delicious. What made it truly special, though, was the team: so kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the place. Their warmth made the whole stay unforgettableAilidh

It was great for my first stay at a hostel, very welcoming. Only improvement I would make is making it clear to people that the road up to the hostel is unmade as if I'd known I probably would have parked down in the ben lomond car park and walked the rest of the way to the hostel.Yes
