A new hostel on the outskirts of Glasgow close to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs.
Sitting on Edenmill Farm within the Aucheneden Estate, The Attic offers a range of modern rooms from private en-suite to family, accessible and dormitory. There's a large open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with panoramic views towards Carbeth and Dumgoyne. There's also an outdoor sitting area with children's playground. Inside there's soft play, with a separate toddler area.
Within Edenmill there's an award-winning cafe (Best New Scottish Cafe Award 2019), serving delicious food made from locally sourced ingredients, including fresh vegetables and edible flowers straight from the garden.
Guests can also take time to explore the Farm Shop, with its wide range of pies, sausages, steak and haggis, all made with locally sourced meat and freshly prepared by Jim the butcher.

The Attic in Blanefield is great if you are a keen hillwalker with it being a fantastic base to start the West Highland Way and an ideal stop on the John Muir Way so remember to pack your boots when staying with us!
The Attic is also ideal because it's so close to the beautiful national park of Loch Lomond and a short drive into Glasgow meaning its perfect for a long weekend where you explore different aspects of what makes Scotland braw!
The bunkhouse is only a ten-minute drive away from the Glengoyne Distillery meaning you can take in one of their brilliant tours and sample Scotland's national drink
