Food and Drink

Most of our youth hostels offer a delicious continental breakfast to help get your day off to the best possible start. Some of our larger hostels provide a full meals service including cooked breakfast, packed lunches and evening meals all prepared with fresh, nutritious and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Our smaller, more rural hostels can often provide simple but tasty ‘Heat it and Eat It’ meals, perfect for refuelling after a day in the hills. Teas, coffees and soft drinks are available at many of our hostels, while some offer a selection of wines, cider, lager and Scottish beers. Self-catering facilities are available at all our youth hostels except Edinburgh Haddington Place

Kick start your day with a delicious breakfast. Nearly all our youth hostels provide breakfast whether it's a Scottish Full Cooked or Continental Breakfast.
